Project overview
Design-and-build delivery of a modern petroleum service station with integrated convenience retail, upper-level office space, and coordinated MEP infrastructure. Univer Construction managed civil works, structural shell, fuel canopy integration, and retail activation for 24/7 vehicle fuelling and customer services.
